By downloading or using Siwon, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Siwon is provided for your personal use. You agree to use it lawfully and not to misuse or interfere with the app.

Your conversations and data are yours and are stored on your device (see our Privacy Policy). You are responsible for managing your own backups.

If you choose to use a cloud AI provider with your own API key, that provider's terms and pricing also apply to your use of their service.

Siwon is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of Siwon.

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes are reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
